“I like Craft Shack and will order from them again! They have a great selection. My order was shipped quickly and it was packaged very well. I ordered from another company awhile ago and it arrived all damaged. Dealing with them was a nightmare.”

“I like the selection and the flat rate shipping for case of 24 pint cans. I think your new packaging (for a case of 24 pint cans) is far superior to your old packaging which used to wrap every can in bubble wrap, took ages to unwrap, required a larger box and one of the cans in my previous orrder was damaged because I dropped it trying to cut off the bubble wrap. The new packing in the box with cardboard separators and some styro peanuts was much better. Keep the new packaging.”

“While they have beers that are hard to get locally, their pricing is high, their shipping is expensive and the beers are not always super fresh. IE a 6 month old IPA.”

“Good customer service. Although I had to call to find out that one of my orders could not be fulfilled and requested a refund. They did not reach out to me after two months I had to call.”
