“The customer service is great if you have a problem. They will try to quickly solve any problems. The shipping is a bit slow and expensive. Overall it is a good website to use.”

“If you love trying different craft beers, this site is great. The selection changes pretty frequently. There is a flat fee for shipping so you know what you will pay going in. I try to optimize how many beers I order based on the size of the boxes.”

“Craftshack has good selections. Sometimes less choices with particular beer styles. Pretty fair pricing. It's easy to order. Shipping is usually prompt. Beer is mostly in quality condition. Will shop here again 🙂”

“Craft Shack has provided a surprisingly nice way for me to try new beers and whiskeys. I've ordered several times, and have been impressed with the quality of the packaging and the speed of shipping. I also enjoy that shipping for future orders can be free or greatly reduced if you save points accrued. The one thing I wish they had was more of a craft beer selection for Midwest and Northeast US beers.”

“I love CS....when covid first started I got frustrated on the lead times, but as these times have now become our new norm, my lead time for my beer is somewhat back to normal. The shipping seems a little higher than I would have hoped, but that just made me maximize every order as best I can! They do have a good rewards program and discounts and I like their large selection of beer.”

“CraftShack has been a great way to connect me beers I normally wouldn’t be able to find. I enjoy craft beer so it’s been great to find new breweries and styles at a reasonable price. Shipments take about 1 week from Southern California to Nebraska. I have placed 5 orders and have never had any damaged cans or bottles. I will continue to use.”

“These guys are really great - I like to be able to try new and different beers with out having to buy a 6 pack or have limited choices. Craftshack has great choices and if they had some Oregon beers I would never have to go to Bevmo again”

“I think i've ordered a total of 3 times from CraftShack, once as a gift for a friend. For the times i ordered for myself, the shipment game really fast. They have a great selection and one of things i appreciate is unlike ordering direct from a brewery i can mix and match. I've gotten some fairly limited stuff here as well which is pretty cool (although i did miss out on the French's Mustard Beer, but that was totally my fault because i lolly-gagged and didn't complete the transaction).”
