“Great selection and great delivery service. If I had to come up with something they could do better, I'd say their mobile website is kind of clunky and their prices are pretty much list price, with higher than average shipping.”

“Excellent selection of Hazy IPA’s. Shipping is affordable and rewards program helps offset the cost. Living in Texas, it is the only way to enjoy west and east coast breweries I enjoy.”

“I first learned about CraftShack when I received a gift certificate from my boss. (Gotta love a boss who gives you beer!) Since then I have placed multiple order and have had a great experience each time. The shipping is fast, the prices are reasonable and the packing is remarkable. Each beer if protected from contact with another. There was one beer in my last order, which was out of stock. Within a few hours, a customer service rep contacted me and asked if I would prefer a partial refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement and offered a couple suggestions, in order of preference, and my order shipped in short order. Would I recommend CraftShack to friends? You bet!”

“I love Craftshack. I frequently use it to send beers and seltzers to my friends and family stateside, or to myself when I'm in California. The variety is fantastic and there are so many wildly delicious beers to choose from. Shipping is always as expected or quicker and I've never had to complaint. As long as they are around, I will order from Craftshack. Love you guys!”

“Craft Shack has a wide variety of Craft Beers and always updates you on their newest finds. I've had to contact their customer service twice and both times they were extremely responsive and assisted to find me the right beer and even one they were out of. I will continue to shop online and purchase my craft beers from Craft Shack.”
