“Great selection, often include many hard-to-find beers. Gives me access to many breweries that I would struggle to find any other way. Great interface - very customer friendly. Fully integrated setup, works great. Only downside is that they are literally all the way across the country, so it take a while for the beer I order to arrive.”

Shipping may take a while if transit falls on the weekend, so a good rule of thumb is to place orders Thursday/Friday so it can go out on Monday. :) Again, thank you for your review and look forward to your next purchase. “We have been ordering from CraftShack since the summer. During Covid we haven't been going to the grocery store but we are delighted to still be able to support craft brewers. They have a great selection and it's been a fun way to try beers we wouldn't normally have access to. They also ship really quickly! Highly recommend.”

“Craftshack makes shopping for beer online feel like browsing the beverage aisle at my local grocery store. I’ve only placed a handful of orders over the past few months, but it already seems like second nature to browse through the cultivated selection and pick new favorites.”

“Craft shack has a good selection of craft beverages that cover multiple styles of beer. I have been able to get things that I wouldn’t be able to normally get in my area of the country.”

“This is a wonderful store! They are very reliable and have great customer service. Their prices are competitive and everything that we have ordered has arrived intact and in a timely fashion. Twice, they ran out of stock on items after we ordered them, but they refunded our money and it was not a problem at all.”

“CraftShack has always been a favorite online vendor. Due to the COVID outbreak, there were problems with delivery and expedition that could not be anticipated. “I have had a great experience with Craftshack and their loyalty program is great - I haven't found anything like it. The selection is good, though there are sites with harder to find offering s more consistently but still fine. I try to wait just to order from Craftshack though.”

“CraftShack has found and is attempting to satisfy a great market nitch, the mail-order craft brew market. Craft/microbrew customers are unable to find great beer that is not within their local distribution network. CraftShack is bridging this gap through their e-commerce process. If only brewers could produce more! CraftShack offers a great variety of brews and an easy system to shop and order. Pricing could be a bit cheaper but at this point I am willing to pay the price. Great job CraftShack!”

“For unknown reasons, screwed up orders are given absolutely no retribution, and missing bottles from shipments are deducted from discounts even though the remaining shipment's value exceeded the amount paid to receive the discount. Great physical working team, totally inept and incompetent business team. Just reading "Craftshack-com" shows you all you need to know about their bungled mismanagement.”
