“I have had a few issues with the service but every time i have a hiccup they make it straight with excellent service. Case in point, i had an infected beer from a West Coast brewery. They replaced it, sent me some swag and took it off my next bill. That's how you build a loyal following”

“I love the beer selections you offer and the bundled specials you have. It gives me a chance to try new beer coming out of the west coast and I really enjoy the direction they are going. This is my favorite online beer store. The only criticism I have is occasionally it takes longer than expected for delivery times.”

“Craftshack.com is a great way to find beer and liquor that isn’t widely distributed. On a regular basis there are rare and highly rated beers that I can’t get any other way. The prices aren’t inflated and shipping is easy. Even the customer service has been great to work with.”
