“I started ordering from Craftshack in the early days of Covid, when we were all on lockdown and trying to stay home as much as possible. I’ve been a craft beer enthusiast since 1983, and wanted a steady source of new and interesting beers. Today, I’m back in local liquor stores with my mask and social distancing-but I’m hooked on craftshack and am now a regular customer. Their selection is great, shipping is fast, and always secure. Thanks to craftshack, I have 3 bottles of the wonderful Alaskan Smoked Porter which I have not enjoyed in 15 years. I recommend them most highly!”

“CraftShack-com has been my go-to online beer supplier for almost 2 years. Incredibly fast turnaround on orders; the rare support cases and most importantly rapid turnover of new beers. I order 1-2 times a months and love unpacking the deliveries. Without doubt the best packaging for beer delivery I've seen anywhere in the world - the box could survive re-entry :) Cannot recommend enough - 10/10!”

“I've ordered from CracftShack multiple times. The variety they have in stock is amazing. I've had to work with them for some crazy orders i've placed (just in terms of differing bottle sizes, and what shipping would work best- to purchase more of certain bottles/cans to help balance it out) and their customer service is stellar. Also, I love the flat prices for shipping!”

“CraftShack has a great selection of beers to choose from. The shipping rates aren’t too bad considering my shipments are going from the west coast to the east coast. The time between purchase and fulfillment have steadily improved since I first started placing orders. I don’t know if this is an issue anywhere else, but the mobile website could be cleaned up a bit. The filters don’t work the best- seltzers and ciders still show up when filtering other beer styles, and cans still show up when searching strictly for bottles. Other than that, the website is pretty navigable.”
