“Very good service. Solid selection and variety of drinks that seems to constantly be growing. Fairly satisfied with shipping process, although a cheaper option less than $20 for less than 12 cans would be a good consideration if profitable for you guys. Only negative feedback I have is regarding the shipping for WA state, in some cases I ordered sour/fruited beer which arrived warm and really made the beer not very satisfying. Would love to know if these are being cold shipped and stored with the carrier.”

“Great selection of beers from all over some of which are extremely hard to find! $29.99 flat rate shipping regardless of order size is can be expensive for smaller orders. so I recommend making larger ones.”

“Great place to get those hard to find beers. I haven't used it much for "regular" beers but when I'm looking for something special or out of state this is one of the first places I think of.”

“Due to this “new not-normal normal” world in which we live, and my inability to travel and visit craft breweries around my state and the US, I searched online for an establishment that ships beverages. How great to have found CraftShack. I’ve been able to experience such a great variety of beers from throughout the country, all without having to leave the house. Selection has been outstanding; fulfillment of orders has been good; issues or questions have been quickly addressed; packing has always resulted in beers arriving undamaged. CraftShack is a great way to experience different beers, and I love that I can purchase just one, or several, depending on my desires. Their “wallet” reward program is great too ! I only wish I didn’t live on the East Coast, since delivery can take several days Once shipped.”

“I stumbled upon Craftshack on a very desperate search for a special beer that I couldn’t find around here. Once I placed that first order, I was hooked! Even after one shipping snafu, their customer service was so great that I know I will continue to order. I have now ordered 4 times and have recommended it to others. In addition, compared to some of the shipping amounts I have seen for beer and spirits, the flat rate shipping box is one of the better rates I have seen. I also appreciate the amount of information on the website, the rewards system, and email updates on new products. Happy customer here!”

“Craftshack is great bc I can get tasty, hard to find beers way up north and out west down here in the Bible Belt. They also reward you for your loyalty - which is nice bc it offsets shipping charges. Also the chat function is awesome.”
