“I have had a very positive experience working with Craig Swapp & Associates. Olivia and Kurt were both very pleasant and easy to work with. They always answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process and they got me a fare settlement that I otherwise would not have gotten. “I was in a car accident in October of 2020 and hired Craig Swapp & Associates. I worked with Jenny F nearly on a regular for 16 months who was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. If it wasn't for Jenny, I wouldn't of got the treatment I needed in order to fully recover from my injuries. She is a great communicator and genuinely cared about my treatment process and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than I deserved. She truly made the entire process run smooth and as easy on me as possible. The lawyer I worked with was Kurt L. He also wouldn't settle for anything less than what I deserved, was incredibly helpful explaining things to me so I understand and overall had great communication with me so I knew where we were with every step. I honestly cannot recommend Jenny F and Kurt L at Craig Swapp & Associates enough. They are an incredible team who were professional, consistent and kind. HIGHLY recommend!”

“I went through a lot in this past year because of my car accident. Lot of pain, suffering, and feeling helpless. I contacted Craig Swapp & Associates everything changed. They began immediately working on my case and getting me the care I needed. Heidi was especially kind and helpful. She was always willing to answer my questions no matter how silly they might have been. I knew I was in the right hands. The person that hit me lied about a lot of things and made it very difficult to get anywhere with my case. It didnt matter Heidi and Chris knew exactly what they were doing and took care of me every step of the way. If your looking for people you can trust and get results ask for the dream team Heidi and Chris! They were also very fair about the settlement and always honest about what costs were involved and the results we could expect. The bottom line is if your in an accident lost and in pain call Craig Swapp. It's the best choice you could make for yourself and your family.”

“Man where do I begin, oh yeah it all started with getting hit and getting hurt. But anyways I had never gotten in an accident and so I decided to call Craig Swapp one call that’s and was assigned to Kurt L. And there were times I got impatient cause I ended up needing treatment. And back surgery. Luckily I had Kurt and Nicole his para legal to walk me through this scary part reassuring me it will be ok and them reminding me of dr appts. I’m very grateful for Kurt and Nicole they are amazing I would not have been able to manage all this crazy stuff on my own! At Craig Swapp I became family and they were so sweet always! Thank you Kurt and Nicole you have been a blessing in my life more than words can describe!”

“I actually hired another lawyer right after my accident. This was a huge mistake! He promised the world but delivered nothing. He let important deadlines slip by which cost me thousands of dollars. After over a year I fired him and went to Craig Swapp. They came to my house to get all of the information they needed which was so convenient. Kurt London and Paula took on my case and worked so hard to get me an amazing settlement. They were even able to find some loopholes to make up for some of what the other lawyer cost me. I will be eternally grateful for their hard work and kindness. If you are in an accident and need a lawyer Kurt is your man!!”

Though it took time to iron out all the details with my daughters Ashley Morelli and mine, Al Keigley every time Amanda would reach out to us she was extremely professional and always positive. “I had a car accident a person ran into my door on the driver side my vehicle was a total loss. I was so stressed bumbed sad we had paid off our car a month before. My husband got hold of Craoñig Swapp and accociates to see how they could help because they have amazing reviews. That same day he called a gentlemen came in talked to us. The next day I got a call from Heidi and Mary. They did awsome. They took really great care of me helping me out with getting me to go to the right places to get therapy pain management and even money compensation from everything that lost. They were always ontop of everything checking on me how i was doing. Being their for me in all ways possible! I highly recommened Heidi y Mary they are really there for you and go over amd beyond to help you and take care of you! I am so greatful… i got a great financial compensation more than what i expected. Heidi bring Mary paralegal she is great and good at what she does. Such great team.”
