Your order did leave us on Thursday, the same day you placed it, but unfortunately there was delays with the courier which meant it didn't arrive in Inverness until Friday afternoon. This was too late for the courier to get out for delivery so it will be with you Monday.
However, if you no longer require the product please refuse the delivery and once it arrives back with us we will be more than happy to refund your order in full.
Once again sorry you are unhappy but we would hope you understand any delay with the courier is beyond our control.

lot to be desired, absolutely terrible.
This is the 3rd time DPD has got my address wrong and they deliver to the wrong
address saying they have left parcel at neighbours streets away and nowhere near
my address even though I was in all the time.
This kind of thing makes me think twice about ordering from Crazy Toners although they
