“The course leader was very enthusiastic and helped us all individually. A very practical and stimulating training experience that enables you to gain greater understanding of your challenges in the classroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the behaviour management class and went away with a lot of strategies that I was able to implement immediately.”

“This course was worth my time and my employer's money. It was delivered in a professional, but friendly and flexible manner to suit the needs of all attending the course. I have successfully tested some of the practical activities that we tried out on the day. the venue was excellent!”

“This was an excellent and informative course tailored to the requirements of the participants. The leader made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. My attention never wavered all day, as the work was presented in a thoughtful and inclusive manner. All my questions were answered and I came away feeling confident that what I was already doing was relevant and fulfilled expectations and learned how I could enhance learning and assessment requirements in an easy, effective and efficient way.”
