Regular updates on how my claims were progressing from polite, courtious and helpful members of the team. I thought with my luck I wouldnt be entitled to anything but in the end I was over 4 thousand pounds better off thanks to credit claims. I have recommended credit claims to many. “First claim, brilliant! Second claim very poor, tried to claim against wrong company so was rejected by FOCS. I resubmitted a correct claim and won. These guys then tried to take their 25% cut! It got sorted despite Credit Claims threatening court and using a collection agency. I wouldn't mind but their claimed failed and I am still awaiting an apology, but after 12 months I don't hold out much hope.”
