“The only problem with these kind of systems for us older people when you have sevral of these companys phoning you you tend to not want to reply to any as you forget who is the good ones and the bad sorry if I have been sharp on the phone but don't register the phone numbers in my head”
“I thought that the bank were not taking me seriously and Credit Claims were not interested in anything except getting their cut. If I had researched the PPI thing more thoroughly I would not have used any PPI claims company. This one is just one of the vultures that claim to be working on your behalf but are only interested in getting some of YOUR money for themselves. STAY AWAY! When the bank took more than a year to pay me my money after claiming they had already done so, Credit Claims chased ME for their cut. It was only when I proved that I had not received it all that they finally chased the bank again. I wanted them to pursue the bank for more money to compensate me for the year long delay but Credit Claims were not interested in the slightest. As for as they were concerned they had fullfilled their obligation and simply wanted their cut. You don't need a company like this to get your PPI money. .Just ask the banks yourself. You will get more money as you won't have to give any to these vultures.”

“Excellent service. Didnt have time to do it myself so i went to credit claims online. They took 10% less than everyone else for doing it too. Regular updates on how my claims were progressing from polite, courtious and helpful members of the team. I thought with my luck I wouldnt be entitled to anything but in the end I was over 4 thousand pounds better off thanks to credit claims. I have recommended credit claims to many. “First claim, brilliant! Second claim very poor, tried to claim against wrong company so was rejected by FOCS. I resubmitted a correct claim and won. These guys then tried to take their 25% cut! It got sorted despite Credit Claims threatening court and using a collection agency. I wouldn't mind but their claimed failed and I am still awaiting an apology, but after 12 months I don't hold out much hope.”
