Excellent Company, It got my wife and me out of financial difficulties after I was made redundant following 8.5 years at my previous job. We were with Nationwide B-S for a long time, and had never defaulted with any transactions with anyone all of our lives. We still had two outstanding loans with Nationwide, and other debs, which would have been paid off on my retirement as planned in April 2016. I was made redundant in February 2014. We Talked to Nationwide in the beginning, because I had some redundancy money, and it was decided that we kept paying, while we could, until I obtained another job. But getting another job at my age was difficult, I intend to work past my retirement as I feel fit and want to, and anyway need to - for financial reasons, carry on. But when I got back in touch with Nationwide, attitudes had changed, they said for a couple of months we could pay £25.00 off each loan as we could only afford that, this was following a 'means' test. After the two months things really began to get nasty, they where constantly phoning us! threatening! and sending letters every day, my wife is a little older than me and has finished work, but was really stressing about it all. Eventually we were told about Credit fix, They Pay our Creditors, and we pay them so much back per month, which is a lot less than at used to be. I have another job now but the pay is low, and this has been taken into account. they were brilliant from the outset, and now no letters or phone calls! Heaven!!! My only criticism is, that because they are so busy, its sometimes difficult to contact them by telephone, luckily i have a laptop, where we kept good contact.

Since entering into an Iva with credit fix I can now carry on life without a huge black cloud over me. I didn't understand what a Iva was let alone how it could help me. All the staff are so kind helpful and informative even down to a silly question you are treated with respect and dignity which I now have back due to credit fix.

Everything as a reputable company should be, except mailings to myself were six weeks late in being posted. I am thankfully now half way through my IVA and have nothing but praise for all things.

I was so greatfull when your company telephone me and wanted to help me sort out my debts. the night before i had cried to my late husband to please help me, and the next day you telephoned me, so i know although not here in body but he is in spirit. and i am eternaly greatful. you have helped me so much. I would recommend you to anyone, as you have helped me with the debt.

They take the worry out of a poor situation, maybe their communication could be a bit clearer at times especially when the yearly statement comes knowing how things are going is paramount to an overall personal improvement. Over the phone individuals could not be nicer

This programme allows me time to think, I have an issues after issues, when I call they attend to my problems and advise me the best way to solved my issues, whit this company my mind is at peace at lest for now!

Creditfix in Glasgow were totally amazing to deal with. The staff are always so very helpful and so quick to deal with any problems and enquiries. Without them I would be in a total mess. They helped me get my life back on track. They attended to everything for me, I had nothing to do. They were first class in looking after me. I can't thank them enough and I rate them very highly. Hi, On the whole Creditfix have provided a good service and on the whole I have been happy. However what is still annoying me to this very day is that a credit card debt to Halifax (HBOS) has still not been allocated and I am still being badgered for money from them almost a year after setting up the IVA. I have had countless correspondents (emails & phonecalls) with HBOS and yourselves where you both seem to blame each other. HBOS have passed on the debt to Capquest and I have been pestered by them also. They have now passed the debt back to HBOS and I am still none the wiser if this has been resolved. I would've expected this would've been something that Creditfic would've sorted pretty much from day one. This has caused me much stress and I can imagine my credit rating was poor before but it must be abysmal now if HBOS still think I owe them money. Kind Regards Nathan Scott

Not clear at all from the beginning on how the agreement works. Constant contact until I signed the paperwork, then very hard to talk to anyone. Also missed off a bank account which they said had been added. I called when I received the documents as I was confused due to Legal jargon and was assured all was in good order. Apparently not....... Wish I had never taken the agreement.

Everything went as smoothly as promised. However I feel you should receive a yearly statement of how much debt has actually been paid off.
