From the initial contact, right through to the IVA being agreed and put in place Credit fix have been very helpful and reassuring. Any question I had was answered quickly and efficiently

THINGS STARTED OUT WELL BUT WHEN A COMPANY WHO SPECIALISE IN PPI WAS EMPLOYED TOACCESS ANY MONIES DUE BACK TO ME WITH THE INTENTION THAT THIS WOULD REDUCE THE LENGTH OF MY IVA ALL CONTACT WITH CREDIT FIX CEASED I DID RECEIVE A STATEMENT FROM THEM IN DECEMBER WHERE IT STATED THAT A LARGE SUM OF MONEY WAS RECLAIMED I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VIA THE NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME AND ENDE UP TALKING TO A PERSON IN MALAYSIA ALL I WANTED WAS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO COULD TELL ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO THE MONEY FROM THE PPI!!! I WOULD LIKE SOMEON EFROM THE GLASGOW OFFICE (PREFERABLY A MANAGER) TO CONTACT ME IN PERSON ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL BE SEEKING ADVICE FROM A SOLICITOR. CHRIS SOUTH YORKSHIRE

Right now it seems like everything , I only recently found out none of my creditors will be paid until 12 mths of payments , I have recieved no statements apparently they don't do them , And when I have emailed requesting a call back I get told yes then get bombarded with emails . What I actually wanted was a phone call so I can update my details , it would be good if customers also had a log in to there account so they can see visually what's going on with there money and creditors .

I have yet to receive a statement or any contact when forwarding creditors it's the paying a monthly fee and seeing nothing in return that's frustrating ... I moved to credit fix out from another company which always had contact and regular statements Mrs julie juby

Initial contact was fantastic and i was informed exactly what was going to happen and what other options may be available to me so to that end, it was very good. However, i have since tried to call and i have emailed Creditfix several times and i have not had a response to any of my emails which contained questions and i have not been able to speak to the same person with whom i had the initial contact. Time will tell what my experience is going to be during the lifetime of the IVA

Have never had a statement from them after being told a statement would be sent out in the post
