I am so pleased to say I am now out of my IVA thanks to Creditfix. The service I received from them was superb, the staff always professional, cheerful, helpful and polite. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Thank you Creditfix for all your help over the past few years.

Creditfix have been nothing but professional, understanding and really kind to me through a difficult period of debt. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who may find themselves in this situation.

you tell me. did everything I was told to do. did that.an still u phone up on a bank holi Monday.an before that u send me email about my early arrears.WHICH THERE ARE NONE.Also I have so many UNNAMBED phone calls,why DONT U NAME YOUR COMPANY?Are u so unsure of yourself.As far as im concernd IM CLEAR.Not inpressed at all with your service bearing in mind how much you are claiming.

ive not had my first payment taken yet but if all goes as they have advised it finally gives me a end date to my debts and one payment a month so hopefully swill be as I expect up to now every advisor I have spoke to are lovely polite and couldn't ask for better

When it becomes a struggle, I find the support poor. I have submitted 2 income / expenditures with no response. Yet, they are quick to contact me if a payment is missed. I find Leanne I have spoken to quite rude and unfriendly . My step-dad is currently doing a debt repayment with Stepchange who I believe to be more supportive.

Creditfix were helpful very friendly ,I don't have anyone knocking at the door demanding money, I can finally sleep at night ,would highly recommend to anyone who cant sleep at night with worry of living with debts

I was in a mess but credit fix helped me see light at the end of a very long tunnel... All the staff have been friendly and haven't judged me at all.

Was needing help with my finances and the help I got was amazing. Fully explained about how the process works and everything put into action very quickly. I can now relax and not worry anymore. I would recommend Creditfix to anyone who needs assistance with keeping their heads above water and not drown in the mire of insurmountable debts. Very professional and extremely helpful and reassuring.

Very poor explanations and never get back to you as promised. I have been calling and emailing for over a month and I have had nothing but failed promises if call back and emails. I get a different answer every time I phone them with the same query and after being given false information regarding trying to exit my trust deed by offer of a settlement, I was advised incorrectly. After going through and providing them with everything the asked for, I was told that I could not pay the trust deed off and that I would have to pay the full balance+interest and their fees. I then asked for the figure for all of this and that was 2 weeks ago!!! Complete farce, I sent emails to customer services and all I get is a blunt reply. Completely unprofessional.

They were so friendly and helpful, very straightforward, just gave them my details and they seen to everything, would highly recommend to family and friends that are struggling, wish I had contacted them sooner

I investigated to possibility of an IVA and then confirmed I did not want to go ahead with it well in time for the hearing on the 30th. Since this time I have had letters from my credit card providers stating they have frozen my account. It took me sometime to put this right but I have as I do not have any missed payments and I have credit which I need. Especially as, although I received an email cobfirminf my case was ceased, I get an email today telling me £85 has been taken from my account for my 'arrangement'. This will give me hardship and an immense amount of stress far more than experience prior to contacting Credit-fix!

Good Morning Teresa, I am sorry to hear you felt the IVA was not the best option for you. Unfortunately, we must inform Creditors when you request a meeting to be held, this is why they have frozen the account. Due to the cancellation being processed for you, we would have been able to get these accounts unfrozen for you. I can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and that a payment has been taken in error. I can contact you regarding having this refunded if you would like?
