“ I have overpaid and was told that I would be getting refunded, but all of a sudden it appears that although I have overpaid by £ 1914 pounds their will be no refund from their closure department in no less Mauritius the same department who told me that I was due the refund, totally struggled for 3 years which this extra money could have helped me as a single parent with 2 kids, absolute discrace from this company ”

“ Be wary of this company, within three days 2 payments have left my bank account, that £424 which as a consequence has left me overdrawn and with no money to live on. I have been promised a refund but still awaiting after 8 days and when l contact credit fix feel l am just being fobbed off. Do not trust this company. ”

“ I cancelled this company and they still billed me after they assured me I would not be billed I had to dispute it and send proof from my bank that they billed me ( wouldn't it be in their files) well my bank and I sent their proof and I was refunded a week later . ”

“ My creditors have stopped harrasing me, I have manged to keep my monthly payment without any great struggle and can now see an end to my debt problems. The only down side is seeing that I have had over £3000 PPI refunded and received none of this myself (even after being told that I would get some) I wish I had waited before voluntarily entering into the agreement. ”
