Have just spent 35 minutes on hold . Have sent five emails in the last week only had 1 reply . Have had two attachment of earnings orders since entering the IVA no one seems to care . Would not recommend to anyone.

Appaling customer service incompetent staff sent an official complaint in on 8th november still waiting for a reply.reported to financial ombudsman please be aware before using thos company

Wrong information email address given out wrongly and unprofessional and inconsistent. A catalogue of inept communication and amateur performance from day one. I have no confidence whatsoever with this company.

Creditfix are normally really helpful and polite, but the gentlemen I spoke to this morning was very rude and nasty. I would rather not use creditfix anymore and will be looking to move on.

If I could give no stars I would. They left me a disabled woman and my 5 year old daughter without a penny all weekend. They got in touch with my bank without telling me so my account was frozen. I had no idea and now all my money is frozen and that was my shopping money. As we don't own a freezer we shop daily. So we have been left with no food over the weekend. I will be going to the papers and seeking legal advice. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS

It's just a wee bit of a shame you have to give any star. I have the RBL getting in touch with credit fix as for the last 3 months they have ignored me. Advice to EVERYONE, especially those that think all is well. Get in touch yourself with those you are due money to and think they are getting paid. I think you may find, they are not getting a thing. In my case this is why there has been bailiffs ectopic at door. Please check, would hate to think this will happen to others. If you find its the same, report it to ombudsman.

I was advised to do a DRO due to amount of debt. I rang to tell them i wanted to cancel the IVA they told me to email customer service so i did n got no reply. I rang again week later n got given email address for my cade manager, i emailed her and she replied to the 1st msg after 2 days. When i asked when i will have my refund cz they took a payment when they shouldnt have, she still hasnt replied and its been 3 weeks. They know i am a single mum n need my money for my child. They are ridculous at responding but quicl enough to take your money cz they will get a percentage no doubt.

I got a PTD when I had a job. I then lost my job and was finding it hard to pay monthly payments. I got in touch with Royal British Legion, and they advice me to stop payments and go bankrupt. I informed Crefit fix, and it took someone over a month to get back in touch with me. I asked for terms and conditions, and details of who I was paying to be sent to my new address. Months have past and nothing. After putting on here a bad review I had an email from someone saying it would be sorted. Low and behold nothing has turned up. I am still getting harassment with phone calls and text telling me I have missed payments. During the RBL trying to find out themselves details of who I due money to, they found that one of the creditors have write dept off, and none have received any money. This would have mentioned after 4 years I would have paid more than I was due. Ignor what they tell you, they are there to take your money and if you try to contact them, be assured they will ignore you. I have given them an official letter of complaint, and await for the time limit before passing on complaint. AVOID AT ALL COST

I had no explanation of how the IVA works and nine months later my creditors have received no money and most of them have not heard anything from Creditfix that I am in an IVA. I think they took the money and conned me

I had a Protected trust deed. But it wasn't explained at all what it was, ended up in 10k more debt thanks to them.

Company is shocking, they do not administrator the account, close files without looking at the account. According to there website 6 months prior to discharge the closure team contact you, didn't happen. When you attempt to make complain the customer service manager lies to you!!!!!! Total discussed with the whole process. Total cowboys praying on the vulnerable.

Me and my partner sort out an IVA having a few debts, My wife did most of the donkey work speaking to them and found them very helpful. after a week or so we was bombarded with 3-5 phone calls per day. fast forward to weeks later, we have now have money removed from our account without signing any agreement or acknowledging any paper work. I've spoken to a lady who said because you did answer we signed the agreement for you and started the process.. I am now struggling to get a straight answer from any of them. some say its live some say its not. I feel like they couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery! oh they still won't confirm why our money was taken..... stay clear. very clear

i have had more financial problems since i entered into an iva with this company that i had before i did, They take too many payments in a month, more than the agreed amount they ignore emails, I have incurred two bankcharges because they took money that wasn't there 11 days after they took the first payment and they said they can't cover bank charges even though it was their fault i got them ,if i was going to go through this sort of thing i'd never go with this company again ,they're useless

Seem to be in such a rush to get the IVA through that I wasn't given full information thoroughly. Then sent a couple of proposals with incorrect information on.

i have only just got into an iva with creditfix ,i've had them badgering me to take out life insurance ,taking more than was agreed ,taking it before it was due causing me to get bank charges and then ignoring me when i complained ,i was also told i had to inform my ex partner and get her to pay some ! , To say i'm dissapointed would be putting it very mild indeed ,i'm going to the bank in the morning and closing the payments i'll look into clearing my debts with someone who knows what they're doing

Was thinking of joining this company but went to another one instead. The man who was dealing with me was very rude and treated me as if I was a piece of dirt. Stay away from this company as they are bad news.

Stay away from this company they are terrible, customer service is awful, customer service manager Adam Carey is rude and offensive. They have no idea what they are doing

I was originally with another company who was brought out by Credit fix. Since they took over I have not received any correspondence, and every time I call they say they will call me back and don't. How rude and unprofessional. I am only 5 months away from my 5 year iva and have just received a letter from Just lending. I am now being asked to try and borrow money to pay outstanding balance - how ridiculous. The whole point of this is to be debt free not get in more debt. I have tried several times over the past 3 to 4 months to get someone to call into regards of the outstanding balance of the account but as usual they say they will call back and don't. How am I suppose to find out what is the situation with my account if no one response. I have just about had enough of this company since they took over my contract. I am now going to make an official complaint. If this does not work I will go further.
