“I watched my life savings vanish in three months because of this platform. Every penny I had worked for was gone. Hope faded with each passing day. I felt trapped and had no way out. “Please avoid them. They are fraudsters.I regret the day I trusted them with my savings, sending them to be kept safe and multiplied, only to try to withdraw and have nothing happen. When they realized I was trying to withdraw, they logged me out of my account, leaving me feeling devastated and furious. Fortunately, I came across AIXALTD.COM They helped me log in and retrieve my money. AIXALTD.COM Thank you.””

“They took advantage of me, tricking me into thinking I was making money while all they were doing was robbing me. You will be duped by this website, so please avoid it. “Disgusting! Started 8k in debt now owe 14k after receiving inheritance. Supervisor Katy walker is no less than a thief! Almost double for paying iva off early what's joke. Don't pay it people they advise creditors will add interest no they don't I rang them direct don't pay this robbingx fraudulent company a penny. “Do not be deceived into believing that you can't recover your loss, those information are planted online by the perpetrators of these scams. If you take the right steps you can get back your loss. I can't fit my story into one comment or post but if I had not filed a complaint on deftrecoup (.) c o m, I would have lost a lot of money.”

“I’ve had the worst 4 years so far with creditfix, I had a call in 2020 during the pandemic when I was at my lowest, from a man with an Asian accent, claiming to be ‘Chris’. Who told me they can get me out of debt & relieve the stress & worry. And the main selling point, was that I can apply to have my IVA written off within a few payments. They came back & told me I owed nearly double what I thought, to creditors I’d never heard of. At the time I was depressed & at the lowest point of my life, so I didn’t think about it & agreed. This company then told me they would pass my details on to creditfix & then would only be contactable by WhatsApp. They then changed the goal posts & said laws have changed so they can’t write my IVA off early, then low & behold they go missing & can’t contact them anymore. Creditfix started off really helpful, but in the last year or so, I’ve had minimal contact, can never get hold of anyone on the phone & in January they just put my payments up without my review being done. It took me weeks, multiple calls & emails to even speak to anybody. Wish I never started this it’s been utter hell I’d like to know why creditfix allow these third party companies to give them your details exactly?”

“Worst company no communication what so ever I’m now 72 payments in and still wanting to extend to another 12month even though Iv emailed them 5 month ago with evidence of my income going down by £595 a month.Iv struggled so much just trying to make payment Iv had to get rid of my car what I use for work because I couldn’t afford mot and repaired this company show not one bit of empathy none English speaking so language barrier is hard to understand what they are saying Stay well away from this company”

“My debt is £ 14000 and they told me my monthly contribution will be £110. I downloaded their app, they want me to sign an agreement, so that they can trap me, plus they keep bombarding me daily with reminders "sign it, sign it". Their total fees are £4500 as stated in agreement +15% of something that I can't remember what it is. I know it will increase, as I'm going to start work soon and the 50% increase will not be fully going toward the debt, but also into their pockets again. PLEASE, DO NOT GET DRAWN INTO IT. They want to get richer by exploiting vulnerable people. They prey on your desperation, fear and depression.”

“I sent these a email to cancel with them due to cost of living not able to afford the monthly payment and they still took the money out of my account now I’m left with no money for food for my self, my husband n our daughter they are a terrible company I have called my bank and now going threw a dispute don’t trust them they never even got back in touch with me either”

“I believe I have been coerced into this agreement as I have had to pay creditors myself as they told me they have not been paid over the last 3 years. I can not understand why I am not receiving a breakdown of what is being paid how much and when. This is all I asked for so I know how much to pay. Everything is bogus. I am not going to be manipulated by a cowboy company that coerced their clients, especially someone like myself who struggled with anxiety. As a parent I feel like I was targeted and manipulated. We need to call watchdog!!!!!”
