“Hi, I spoke with Joanna one of your advisors. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to, made me feel right at ease from the moment I answered the call. From the time I answered the call to the time I put the phone down I was given excellent customer service and Joanna made me feel like I was talking to one of my family members. She was so polite, kind and pleasant, her empathy towards myself should be recognized. If there were more Joanna’s in the world, the world would be a better place.”
