“As I had mistakenly joined this service I was absolutely thrilled with the response of the woman who phoned. She was polite, courteous and was able to help reach the outcome I was looking for. 20/10 to this lovely person, a credit to your company! X”

“I was contacted by a lovely lady who was positive and very informative. I cannot fault the customer service @ credit perfect. Even though I didn't need there services I can see the benefits of the service for future for myself. All of which is down to obvious talents of the person I spoke to. Well done and keep people like that a proper asset to the company....”
