“Well this Co have done a good job of getting a person to fill in application form that I started to fill in for a loan,till it got to the end of the form asking for my card details, that's when I stopped my senses warned me,I thought I am not purchasing any thing,so what do they want that information for, I smelt a rat and closed the application page, When any one asks for this info you are buying something of them not getting a loan,so beware”

“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! they took £20 from my account and i don’t even use the service. after telling them that it had to be fraudulent activity on my card, they said there is nothing that they can do.”

“They have taken £19.99 fron Mr Lee warrens account without Mr Warrens consent. Unfortunately for them I will be going straight to the police because I have had no money from them nor authorised anybody to take anything from my account they have stolen from the wrong person here....”

“Ive never even heard of this company yet they have withdrawn £19.99 out of my account. I've never even been on their website let alone used or even needed to use them. I will be making a formal complaint to these and contacting my bank to refund my money as well as blocking this dodgy company who seem to think it is quite ok to take money from people who have never even used their site. What about data protection here?? This is disgusting what they have done”

“Never even heard of this website until two payments of just over £50 came out of my account within two days, showing as 'Halifax car ins.' I can't even drive, so you can imagine my surprise. Reported fraud to bank who refunded me and investigated. Credit Perfect then themselves (weeks later) refunded me one (not both) of the payments. I have no idea how they got my details, I have never heard of or been on their site. I am appalled. I've now cancelled the card my bank said they used for the payments. Don't trust this company.”

“I was charged like many others £19.99 even though I never used/wanted their service. I didn't get any call, message or email that I will be charged. I was only looking for quick loan options, that was all. Never actually took one... and got charged for that?? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!”

“Money taken from my account without my permission. Spoke to them and the money was Showing back in my account later that day. Informed me that my membership had now been cancelled which is strange because I didn’t join anything in the first place.”

“Your team have been taking 3 payment into my account since the 24th August !! I want you guys to stop right now !! I did not subscribed to anything so you guys need to stop taking payment out of my account ! The first payment that you guys took was on the 24th of august £19.99 and the second one was £19.99 on the 18th of October. A third payment on the 18th of November. I want a refund of £59.97 within the few working days. I never subscribed to you guys ! If I don’t get a refund I will take you to court. I have already contact my bank”

“Charged £20 when I didn't give my bank details to Credit Perfect nor receive any email confirmation or otherwise that this would charge me. Wouldn't refund me, 1 star. preying on vulnerable people, avoid at all costs”

“I thought i had been accepted for a loan not a credit report/broker. Misleading advertising Disgusting Only completed application form a couple of hours ago Have cancelled through email. I will take this further if any money is taken out of my bank account Legal scammers targeting vulnerable people I needed the loan towards my mum's funeral I am sick to my stomach”
