“Joanna was very pleasant. She said my account had been removed and that I was no longer a member. I've been promised a refund of £19.99 which should be in my account by 30th April 2021. So am pleased and hope everything goes has promised.”

“Hi, I spoke with Joanna one of your advisors. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to, made me feel right at ease from the moment I answered the call. From the time I answered the call to the time I put the phone down I was given excellent customer service and Joanna made me feel like I was talking to one of my family members. She was so polite, kind and pleasant, her empathy towards myself should be recognized. If there were more Joanna’s in the world, the world would be a better place.”
