“Just had a refund from these rob dogs. If they have been taking money off you for 6 months or over and you have not been using their service's (whatever that is) then you are entitled to a full refund. You'll get nowhere with them on the phone so send an email demanding a full refund”

“Cancelled my account with these within 15 minutes of opening, they confirmed no money would be taken from my account. Low and behold a month later these scum bags have taken £20 from my account! No phone lines working, have escalated to my bank fraud team. Bunch of idiots”

“Scum. Took £19.99 from me and I have never authorised them too. Switched my credit card to a new 0% card and apparently my details were given to them and they just help themselves to your money. Absolutely filth. I would recommend everyone who they have taken money from to tell your bank to block them from any further transactions and contact the financial ombudsman. Absolutely disgusting in a time where most are out of work due to the virus as well.”

“Taken £19.99 without my consent, and now I can't get through to them due to covid. You can talk, you just choose not to. If I don't hear or get a refund back, I will be taking this further. I'm a keyworker in the NHS and I shouldn't have to take time out to be trying to sort this out. Absolute disgrace.”

“£19.99 taken from my bank account. I am disgusted as have never heard of this company and I would not pay £19.99 for a credit score anyway as you can do it for free. I can not seem to stop the payment on my card as they can still take it regardless of blocking them on my bank account as they can try to take it from a different name. I am really angry, upset and disgusted!”
