“I had to chase my order and was told they were waiting for one item before it could be dispatched. All items we’re showing as in stock! Extremely poor customer service. My order has still not arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Not a happy customer!!!”

“Would really like to know why you charge over £6 for delivery when you have to wait at least a week for your order to arrive? To then have to pay for returns within 14 days otherwise you don’t qualify for a refund. A complete rip off and won’t be using you again.”

“Very good service, I successfully sent a Cricket Direct voucher to someone as a birthday present; one caveat there were conflicting messages on the website as to whether the voucher could be used online, this needs clarifying for future customers”

“I placed the order for these shoes In December and received them yesterday. I got no call or email from anyone about whats the delay why is it taking so long unless I reached out myself. Terrible service and experience will never ever order from here again !”

“My issue was that the item was showing as being in stock but in reality, it wasn’t. Having paid the delivery fee I then had to chase and wait for 5 days for the item to be delivered. On this occasion, when I called customer services I was far from satisfied with the response.”
