“The wrong item was delivered but two days later I’ve yet to receive a response to either my email or phone message. The item is needed urgently - mistakes happen but I clearly cannot reply on your company’s non-existent customer services to rectify.”

“Avoid at all costs - CricketDirect sent the wrong item, told me they would not send the correct item to me until I had sent back the wrong item, even after telling them it was five miles to my nearest post office. still haven’t received the refund even though the item was eventually collected by their courier. Condescending staff on their “help”line as well. Go elsewhere.”

“Unfortunately I am yet to receive an order placed 18 days ago. I have been notified by the courier on 3 separate occasions to say the ordered will be delivered, but on each occasion they do not attempt delivery. It is not possible to speak to the courier and their live chat facility doesn't work. It is also not possible to speak to cricket direct (I have called > 10 times now). So I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.”

“Ordered 1 pair of Kookaburra cricket boots on 9th of this month and have just received them yesterday. Exactly as ordered and correct. Great and speedy service. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you Cricket Direct.”
