“The wrong item was delivered but two days later I’ve yet to receive a response to either my email or phone message. The item is needed urgently - mistakes happen but I clearly cannot reply on your company’s non-existent customer services to rectify.”
“Avoid at all costs - CricketDirect sent the wrong item, told me they would not send the correct item to me until I had sent back the wrong item, even after telling them it was five miles to my nearest post office. still haven’t received the refund even though the item was eventually collected by their courier. Condescending staff on their “help”line as well.
Go elsewhere.”
“Unfortunately I am yet to receive an order placed 18 days ago. I have been notified by the courier on 3 separate occasions to say the ordered will be delivered, but on each occasion they do not attempt delivery. It is not possible to speak to the courier and their live chat facility doesn't work. It is also not possible to speak to cricket direct (I have called > 10 times now). So I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.”

“Not reliable on price on website and shipping expense shows on site during purchase. Because they will charge you extra after you buy it and you have no other way with out spending it. And customs extra. The thing is they never tells you about anything.”

“Very poor service and communication! I ordered £480 of cricket equipment for my son and after 2 weeks I was still waiting for my delivery! When I emailed them they said it would take 3-5 days but no explanation to why after two weeks I didn’t receive my goods! I had to cancel and go to London to buy the equipment as my sons needed the equipment to play matches!!
Don’t use this company they are useless!!!”
