“Been asked to write a review on my recent purchase. My 9yr old son decided he wanted to take up cricket this summer. We manged to get pads and gloves from a local sports shop. But decided to go for a more quality helmet and bat. Hence we came across cricket direct and done a purchase through them. Once the bat and helmet arrive, I'll give a more accurate review of the equipment. Fingers crossed it arrives by next week.”

“I ordered cricket equipment to the value of £154.10 on the 19th of April, 6 days ago. I also paid a £6.34 delivery charge, which is expensive as most companies deliver free for that order value. The order did not indicate a shipping time, and I heard nothing since, except receiving this email asking me to leave a review. I also cannot find a phone number to call on my order. My order number is: CD000067608 Could you please call me to provide an update on delivery timescales. Mike Glossop 07825 523 474”

“Easy to order, lots of choice and the kit came in good time. Was missing one item as it was out of stock and to follow. Fast communication over email to rectify this. All in all, good prices and customer service. Would order here again.”

“I never got the product, even I informed them I had travelling ahead and they committed that it will be delivered before my travelling but in the end I had to cancel the order.”

“Cricket Direct sent out the wrong item to me and refuse to send the correctly ordered and paid for items to me until I send their incorrectly delivered items back to them, meaning I will not receive what I ordered in time for the matches I specifically ordered them for. Won’t be ordering from them again.”
