“There is nothing wrong with the product per se but on reading the small print you are only entitled to a full refund if the goods are returned to them within 14 days. If like me you bought the product as a gift for someone 3 weeks before their birthday then the refund policy is useless. Yes, I should have read the terms in more detail prior to purchase and yes you can get an exchange up to 30 days but that is no good if you want a refund. I have never come across this policy from any other online retailer before. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CRICKET DIRECT IF YOU ARE LIKELY TO REQUIRE A REFUND AFTER 14 DAYS.”

“The product I received was faulty - it was a very painful experience dealing with Customer Services trying to arrange a return for the cricket that I had ordered and explaining that I shouldn't have to pay for the delivery and return costs due to the fault. I would avoid buying anything from this company again.”
