I also placed an amazon order which was delivered by the same delivery company Cricket Direct use, hence picture showed both items placed there, and both items were missing, but I did not know this, hence I already contacted amazon who refunded me, but Cricket Direct refused to refund me despite they did not delivered to my front door.

There is nothing wrong with the product per se but on reading the small print you are only entitled to a full refund if the goods are returned to them within 14 days.

I have now requested a full refund and have just received an email for only the amount of the shipping and not the actual bat itself.

Avoid at all costs - CricketDirect sent the wrong item, told me they would not send the correct item to me until I had sent back the wrong item, even after telling them it was five miles to my nearest post office. still haven’t received the refund even though the item was eventually collected by their courier. Condescending staff on their “help”line as well. Go elsewhere.

Would really like to know why you charge over £6 for delivery when you have to wait at least a week for your order to arrive? To then have to pay for returns within 14 days otherwise you don’t qualify for a refund. A complete rip off and won’t be using you again.

Do not use this company, they took our money and never sent the goods, I tried over 30 times to call them, emailed them, they never return the calls/emails. In the end I raised a dispute with my bank and got a refund. One star is too much to give them.

Try and avoid this company, they sent the wrong item and not refunding after returning the item it been a week, open PayPal case and awaiting a refund

Warning!! Avoid, worst ever! Avoid! Worst ever, i don't think even a real company! Ordered my son a cricket bat and chased up when not received over a week later, don't reply to e-mails to Sales@ or Customer Services@ addresses, phoned up, all numbers seem to divert to a woman on a mobile who doesn't answer like a company would! Told no stock and they can refund within 24 hours, didn't receive, chased again few days later told the same and never received - this repeated 3 times!! In the end I had to contact Paypal and open a case so that they could get me a refund.
