“Service good - but we bought a cricket helmet which we thought was the correct size but son has worn it and transpires its too small, so now can't return it. I think for stuff like that it needs to be a high street purchase.”

Dear Jackie Williams, we are selling helmets over the internet for last 25 years. On receipt of the helmet customers are entitled to check the fitting and whilst maintaining the product original condition and packaging for resale. We will be happy to exchange your helmet to a more suitable size provided the helmet has not been used.

“Very poor service and communication! I ordered £480 of cricket equipment for my son and after 2 weeks I was still waiting for my delivery! When I emailed them they said it would take 3-5 days but no explanation to why after two weeks I didn’t receive my goods! I had to cancel and go to London to buy the equipment as my sons needed the equipment to play matches!! Don’t use this company they are useless!!!”

“After reading lots of bad reviews I took a chance and ordered from C D mainly because of lack of stock elsewhere . I messed up on the order by ordering a bat care kit that was out of stock along with a bat that was in stock so I emailed there customer support they assured me the order would be ok ,and the next day both bat and care kit arrived . I don’t know if a lot of these bad reviews against C D are down to all the company struggling through COVID but all I can say is for me they were excellent”

“Avoid. 1/2 order received. 4 weeks later still awaiting shirts. No response to 2 emails. I'd spread the word around clubs too to ensure others aren't disappointed.”

“Do not use this company, they took our money and never sent the goods, I tried over 30 times to call them, emailed them, they never return the calls/emails. In the end I raised a dispute with my bank and got a refund. One star is too much to give them.”

“Warning!! Avoid, worst ever! Avoid! Worst ever, i don't think even a real company! Ordered my son a cricket bat and chased up when not received over a week later, don't reply to e-mails to Sales@ or Customer Services@ addresses, phoned up, all numbers seem to divert to a woman on a mobile who doesn't answer like a company would! Told no stock and they can refund within 24 hours, didn't receive, chased again few days later told the same and never received - this repeated 3 times!! In the end I had to contact Paypal and open a case so that they could get me a refund.”
