“My late husband and I purchased Crocodile Garage doors for our double garage in February 2019. Sadly, my husband passed away 6 months later and just recently I found myself in a position that one of the securing screws on the sensor on one of the doors became loose. I contacted Crocodile and cannot express too strongly how helpful these people, from the very friendly lady on the telephone to the engineer who called within 48 hours and with a very cheery smile "fixed" my problem immediately. “I read these reviews and I feel as though I have been dealing with a different company. This product gave us the opportunity to take advantage of our garden without the need for planning which a conservatory would. A conservatory would also impact on our surroundings more which the glass from top to bottom doesn’t. It also gives a modern feel. I found the company to be honest straight from the start regarding the price and payment plans if required. I wasn’t pushed in fact I was the one doing the pushing as I really wanted an opportunity to use our garden in a unique way. They came back and addressed any issues and the fitters were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It’s so easy to complain these days and to try to get money back by destroying companies reputation with horrible reviews and maybe some of the negative reviews maybe genuine (it’s not easy parting with money when the job is finished - it would be lovely to have something for nothing) but I personally would recommend this company and a quality product. We live in a windy area and we have no issues with leaks etc.”
