“DISSAPOINTING that you charge so much for delivery and add to that by not offering a store pick up in Edinburgh- it’s resulted in not progressing A few items I’ve been interested in.”

“Received my item soiled & damaged. I was only offered a 10% discount For the item considering it would’ve cost more to get the item repaired & dry cleaned. Not a great experience”

“I ordered both a medium and small in order to compare sizes. The small arrived and was almost twice the size of a medium. The item looked as though it had been re-tagged (incorrectly) and it was also filthy. I have emailed Cruise to explain the issue, but haven’t heard anything in return. I also had to pay a significant amount for the postage fee to exchange the item for another small. Would not recommend!”
