“Bought a jacket from the Edinburgh shop.... was too big for my girlfriend... weren't going to exchange... ended up getting a credit note... which I ended spending myself in store... (where the lady actually serving us said she didn't want to say we were liars... but exactly what she was implyng) went online and bought a canada goose rossclair jacket... which arrived with the security tag still on it... so overall not a great experience in store or online.. so being the time of year the jacket still has the security tag on.”

“Bought Moncler Jacket FAKE. The jacket had to sent it to Italy to Moncler premises however the Moncler brand officer reported as counterfeit item. I communicated with the retailer and was agreed for refund. I felt that they could do much more than the minimum value repaid. And also Should be exceptional polite when a customer approaching them at their retail site four times for such a kind of issue.”
