“I’m a regular shopper at cruise that being the store more than online so when I do find something nice online I will get it but being charged for delivery and then charged to return for an exchange is shocking when you spend a lot of money on an item you can get free delivery and returns on most retailer sites these days I think cruise need to offer this and it would make it a much better service”

“Excellent service very quick delivery. The reason for 4* and not 5* is having to pay postage on such an expensive item. Mopping it up in the price would give better customer satisfaction. The item was well packaged and has been put away for my sons birthday.”
