“I’ve ordered lots from cruise over many years I have never been disappointed with the service or the products that I’ve received. If I’ve had a fit issue i have always received my money back or the new item in a different size if available without any problem”

“I ordered two hats one by mistake. Tried to cancel it straight away but got an email three days later after saying I was two late to cancel . So I got charged £6.99 twice plus a return postage fee. So basically I was conned out if £10 because you are to slow to read emails”

“I put in an order and never received it, emailed about it and never heard back about my missing order and the money is still out of my account. All I want is the product i ordered with the very expensive delivery of £6.99. Which I might add I never even got back either”

“Great selection of clothes however postage is way overpriced £6.99 per shipment and that’s not even next day - come one you should be able to provided a cheaper alternative - puts me off buying anything!”

“I ordered a top which was supposed to be xxxl which it did say on the tag but on the top it was xxxxl which was too big and had to pay 3.70 to send it back so not good not impressed and I even paid for next day delivery which was the wrong size”

“Poor Customer service! I was sent the wrong size and sent 4 emails and tried to use the chat (no ones replies or gets back to you) I also contacted them via twitter and Instagram and no one come back to me! Poor customer service so I had to send my order back and request a refund!l cost cost me £11 and I didn’t get Reimbursed for that ether!”

“Paid for next day delivery, parcel arrived 4 days after. Complained to get a refund but had no further contact. I've been shopping within cruise shops for over 30 years but I will never use the mail order service again. Shops are fine but the online service is none existing. I would ad ise you stay well clear. Use at your peril if something goes wrong absolutely no one with bother sorting it out. Discrace full from sush a high end retailer it's well said it just a posh sports direct.”

“Sent 3, emails no reply! Ordered goods 2 days before son and he got his next day ! Probably because he didn’t know about the extra 20% disc on his order and was charged the full amount. No reply to email as you can’t call so extra money to cruise at these difficult times , he’s only 18 ! Not nice cruise ...”

“I ordered this item on 6th may for next day delivery for a birthday present, i was then informed that it had missed the trailer and could not be delivered until the 11th which meant i had missed the birthday, i have still not received the item as of today (12th may) dpd the delivery service informed me it has gone missing and have raised an investigation but i had to contact seller for update, i have sent 2 emails and had no reply, where is my order? And i want full refund of delivery charges”
