“Appalling. Amateurish. Possessed of delusions of grandeur. Owned by that monster who owns JD sports and it shows. 700 quid coat delivered in a poly bag and no returns in store.”

“Never had a problem till bought clothes in boxing day sale,paid for next day delivery and still no clothes or correspondence from cruise,even though I have sent 4 emails,will not be using again.”

“I haven't received my order. I chose a collection point from the website, was advised it was available to collect then messaged by DPD it could not ne delivered to the collection point and it had been returned to Cruise at Nottingham. Nothing in between, despite the dpd tracking app. Ive emailed but received this review request only. Would like the item or a refund”

“I was forced to pay a £10 delivery fee despite spending £600 on clothes. The clothes were a great fit however the delivery fee let the experience and service down as it did not come on time and a few days after. If i am refunded this i will be satisfied.”

“Shopped with cruise for as long as i can remeber but this was my forst online purchase.. Got an email saying my order had been processed wait for an email from us to tell you your order has been delivered instore and its time to collect, 8 days passed no further email i decided to go into the store and check if my order had been delivered my order had been sitting for days..a little email would have been nice”
