“I have sent an Email regarding my order. With the holidays I have still to hear back which is totally acceptable. The Paul and shark t-shirt I purchased has been delivered to me with the badge being upside down. See attached photo. I would have thought that this would have been checked prior to shipping. However I do understand these things happen. I will review again once I have my issue resolved. If it’s resolved quickly I will be extremely satisfied in will review accordingly. Thanks in advance. “The items has still not been delivered! It was to be delivered to a pick up point! And I have been told the delivery could not happen! This is a delivery company's own pick up point! Don't no what to do.?”

“Really disappointed by the lack of communication and help really, I was impressed with the quality of clothing but getting the items was a real pain, I had too pay £21.99 delivery fee which I’m unsure why with it taking that it took over a week too come, was told I’d get a refund back for delivery but heard nothing back, will not be using this website again”

“Sent me completely wrong trainers I had ordered, had to pay to return and then pay delivery on the pair I wanted in the first place, also called the local cruise shop and got nothing but attitude from the staff member”

“I ordered a jacket online. At the time of ordering the web site said there were three in stock in the size I ordered. I paid for it and received a confirmation email. Seconds later a second email arrived saying it was out of stock and the money would be recredited to my bank. As this was at the Christmas holiday period it took a full week for me to get my money back. Surely the website shouldn’t have accepted my order if there was no stock. Somewhat dissatisfied customer. Fortunately I was in a financial position to order another jacket which I’m pleased with.”

“£6.99 is extortionate delivery price and in Northern Ireland despite having a store in Belfast, you don’t offer the option to collect in store. Very disappointed 😔”

“I have never had a problem with cruise before but this time they sent me the brown trainers when I ordered black.The trainers have been sent back for refund and I will use cruise again because this was a one off and accidents happen.”

“I purchased some items in the sale and one being a Paul smith purse. I’m so disappointed as the box arrived empty. I emailed as soon as I received it , tried to ring but was on hold for over half an hour then have emailed again but have had no reply. Am about to ring again this morning. Otherwise delivery, products and service is always great. But this was an expensive time!”
