“I ordered some trainers they came without the lace . Tried to contact customer service . But no customer services available due to Covid . No on line chat. Even though they tell you there is . So ended up sending a letter . Absolute joke .”

“I wasn't on this occasion impressed with my delivery. One item arrived in a box which was bashed and slightly ripped. The t-shirt which was a gift was not of usual standard in a box but just in a clear plastic bag. Disappointed as could have ordered from another shop and would have looked nicer.”

“My 12 year old boy just received his first stone island jacket, I am from the bottom of my heart grateful to cruise to make this happen, all the beautiful wrapping he is over the moon has not stopped wearing hi nee jacket. Thankyou Cruise Kind regards Gavins Mummy”

“Usually the service from cruise is to a high standard But the way my order was received was not up to standard Clothes had no packaging and was basically rolled up and put in a plastic bag Also the neck of the top was overly stretched This was at a cost to myself of £10 for postage and package”

“I have rated cruise 3 stars im afraid due to having to fork out 2 lots of postage. First to get it posted which I didn’t mind. The second i did as it cost me £11 to return an item which was all wrong fit wise. No wonder it was in the outlet! Most online shops these days offer free returns, especially when your spending £100’s of pounds on a single item. I won’t be ordering again due to this. 😒”

“Absolutely brill service. Ordered on a Saturday, arrived Monday. Sadly item didn’t suit me so returned and received a refund on Friday the same week! Definitely recommend Cruise and will be ordering soon again without doubt. Thanks and keep safe everyone 😎”
