Disgrace ... paid £9.99 for next day delivery on 22nd December and still haven’t received my order. My 8 year old was very upset he didn’t receive his T-shirt from Santa ... not happy what so ever

Worst customer service I have experienced. First time using this website and spent £200 on an item and paid £6.99 postage for it to be delivered before Christmas and I ordered 2 days before the cut off date. Checked delivery tracking and the delivery date has been changed 3 times? Tried contacting customer service via email and they have made no effort to resolve my problem. Won’t be ordering from this company again! They don’t seem to care. Still haven’t received my item

Could’ve been better received a scarf I had bought online had arrived with a tag on it and to do exchanges and refunds you have to send it back and pay for postage!!! When it could be done in a cruise store easily is ridiculous a massive company like cruise shouldn’t have to make customers pay for returns

I ordered a jacket and it came with the main thing missing and it was a Christmas gift so one person had nothing for Christmas from me and I called customer services and they couldn’t do nothing about very unhappy horrible horrible! Service

Excellent service. Ordered a jacket late on Friday 20th December and it was delivered on Xmas eve at 09.30 approx!! Didn’t think we would have for Xmas, very happy son 😊😊

You should be more clear on delivery time was sent a message to say parcel was being delivered on the 23rd of December took day off never came till 24th phoned and was told nothing is guaranteed when ordered on a Saturday yet sent email to say what day it was arriving

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Had to chase my order REPEATEDLY myself; paid for next day delivery, didn’t show up, had to wait a week for it to be redelivered and never arrived. Had to phone constantly to get updates on where the order was and the hold time on the phone is a joke. Save you money and go somewhere else.

My order included Hugo Boss Pool sliders, however, the day they were shipped I was informed they were out of stock. If that was the case you could have offered me an alternative choice as they come in many colours. Now i will have to pay another delivery charge just to get the alternative pool sliders. Also the ones i had picked are still showing as in stock on your website. I like your items and service normally, but this kind of thing could be easily solved with a simple email.

Delay with online order, sent emails, got brief reply saying taking up with warehouse then ended up holding on line for 45 mins to speak to someone to be told ‘picking issue with warehouse’, hence the delay. Staff very pleasant in phone but takes so long to get connected. Visited store to say separate to online. Item we ordered was in store so went back in same day, purchased it then cancelled order online which takes days to refund. Limited info for the customer when logging in to account. Just says ‘processing’ and has said this since we first ordered item. Top very thin fabric, not as expected for the price. Feel let down by Cruise on this occasion
