“Coat arrived as advertised. Super speedy delivery, usually have to wait a few days extra for delivery to Northern Ireland. Would have been 5 stars if I could have collected my parcel from the Belfast store.”

“Second time I have purchased from Cruise online and cannot fault them. Items have arrived on time and packaged well. If I had one point to make it would be around the cost of their standard postatge which does compared to a lot of other similar sites to be quite high, that and the fact there is no option for collection.”

“My order arrived very quickly, the next day, however, it was completely the wrong garment. When I took it to the pick up point to return it, the guy told me he had another customer return an item from Tessuti the previous day for the same reason. Obviously something going wrong at the warehouse. I wouldn’t order again unless I was convinced this wouldn’t happen again.”

“I am a regular customer with cruise flannels and van mildert buying for.my son.and.daughter I recently purchased trainers one boss and other.everyday puma but puma were in nd sports.and office.for.39.99 and I bought them.from yourself.and 45 plus postage and packing disappointed and will be shopping about it's annoying as I will be buying more trainers.etc.so.looking for the best deals”

“My favourite website in this world. I have bought Sophia Webster, Gucci and Balenciaga items from this website at the best prices I could find without having to question their authenticity. If you care about 'new season' items and want a discount, this really isn't the place for you but as for me, who likes what I like irrespective of season, this is my go to website. The only thing I hate is the £6.99 delivery charge but I will deal with it. I also haven't had to return anything to them so I don't know what their return policy is or how it works.”
