“Purchased 2 EA items for my son firstly I thought the postage was excessive at £6:99 then when the items arrived they were badly packaged I returned the items because they were not what I wanted really this cost another £4:60 so in access of £11 for no goods the service was quick so no complaints there but to have to pay postage both ways does not sit right with me.”

“Delivery was stated at 3-5 days, it was 8 days for a charge of £6.99 . next time I'll stick to Paul Smith next day delivery for a cheaper price”

“I use you regular am sick of you and your mate flannels £7 delivery charge no matter how much you spend but am happy with your sales when you got my size and the brands you sell, at least make it an option to deliver to a store in future or something please, good work tho”

“Normally always shop with Cruise. Bought a suit and I get it without trousers, A slash on the sleeve and it looked as if it had been dragged across a warehouse floor. It was absolutely filthy. Have no idea how Cruise Fashion could possibly think that it is acceptable to post someone an order in such bad condition/pieces missing too. Definitely not wanting a replacement or credit. Wanting a total refund. Never shopping online with them again sub-standard service.”

“Good selection of clothing at reasonable prices however £6.99 for standard delivery excessive compared to other companies. Moreso when you then have to pay further to return goods which are not suitable. I recently spent around £15 to have delivered items then return leaving nothing to show for my outlay”
