“No issue with ordering or delivery but very disappointed to receive a Burberry scarf in a plastic bag and not a proper Burberry box as looks very cheap and would have liked the box as giving as a present.”

“I’m continually fed up paying astronomical postage fees. Also if I need to return anything I need to pay for that too. With the lowest payments I have with cruise being at least £100 it’s about time free postage and returns were introduced.”

“Delivery went to wrong address, customer service not helpful and non existent, wrong sizing in my trainers ordered a size 5/38 received a 6/39 after spending out 29 in total for delivery and returns that was not my fault. Never again going back!”
