“ALWAYS advertise discount but is on a VERY VERY Limited amount of Brands and Postage is very very expensive Whilst when j am lucky enough to buy a Luxury Item I think Postage could be Less Very Very Greedy Company not very Customer thoughtful”

“Brilliant I have been looked for a Paul Smith Swirl bag for ages! It was on sale with a further 20% off it was meant to be! Delivery was next day and arrived before 10am so happy will definitely shop with cruise again”

“Normally have no issues but I received my order and it was too big so I sent it back to be exchanged for a smaller size and I have heard nothing back since I sent this on Saturday! I have tried to see if you have received this and heard nothing back, I would like this resolved and to have my order delivered in the new size as soon as possible and compensation”
