“After paying for next day delivery on my jumper on thr 13th, i am still waiting on it it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th but just received a email on the 17th to say it has been dispatched here we are on the 21st and it still hasn't arrived and my tracking says dpd haven't received the parcel, I have sent 2 emails with no reply and am really thinking the service is ridiculous 🙄”

“I love the discount you get with this website however the delivery charges are very expensive compared to most online retailers. And then when I had to return an item that didn't fit, I had to pay the return postage and was advised to use registered service. I paid £9.99 for next day delivery which is more than | would normally pay and a further £11.30 to return the parcel. I won't be using this website again due to these costs.”
