“Was pleased with the purse but the box it came in was very dirty and marked all over. As this was a present for my daughter i wasnt very happy with it. Paying all that money it shouldnt av been sent like that”

“Took 8 days to arrive! No explanation, had to return as it was ordered for a holiday, which I was on when it arrived. The last time I purchased from them and paid expensive postage they only sent one item, a t-shirt, no explanation why the item I really wanted, the coat didn’t arrive! Poor service”
