“Absolute disgrace! Just previously ordered from your website to receive a jumper that had a mark on it! Has took me nearly 5 days to get a response from your online team and have still not got any further will never ever order from the website or shop in store again”

“GREAT PRICES ,SERVICE AND QUICK DELIVERY ! Received my item next day which was too small ordered a larger size which also came next day. I was refunded for my first jacket within 3 days. i can recommend Cruise to anyone.”

“Bought a jumper online and when it arrived it was stained down the front and had red hairs on the back off jumper. I emailed customer services to resolve this twice and they did not get back to me !!!”
