Delivery is ridiculously over priced 6.99 and I had to return something and had to pay for the return myself also, considering the expense of most of your items I would of thought a more reasonable price for delivery and a free return

Cruise has a great selection, and it’s for this reason alone that I shop here. Their service when buying on line for returns, exchanges between the web site & shops is very poor. For a premium offer, it does feel like customer service is a secondary thought.

I have not received my order as DPD delivered it to the wrong address. Cruise have not sent out a replacement even though I’ve paid in full for the item and extra for next day delivery. They tell me that not until DPD have had an enquiry regarding my none receipt of my goods will they do anything. I am very dissatisfied with this response as I am left almost 300 pounds out of pocket with no goods. The delivery was not my responsibility. I expected a replacement to be shipped to myself immediately cruise where notified of my situation

Were do I even begin. Never again will I order from Cruise Fashion. Paid £7 postage for the items to arrive in such bad condition. Spent £1200 on your website and I’d of got better packaging from the local Asda. The Gucci bag was not in new condition at all.. in fact rather embarrassing that a high end company like yourselves would even post that to a customers house. Anyway the Balenciaga box was all ripped and certainly not in good condition to give anyone for their birthday. Not even a price tag on the Gucci bag or an invoice. £15 postage I had to pay to return these items. Never ever again and I’ve posted on my twitter about my experience and I will make sure my friends & family don’t shop with use again either.

Very disappointed with condition of my box when I picked it up in store. It was a £700 pair of balenciaga shoes and the box was smashed in on one side. Was a birthday gift for my daughter :-( Had to accept them as they were as a new pair may not have been delivered on time. Cruise need to ensure delivery of expensive items is more careful......will probably not order from here again due to this.

Bought a gorgeous Balenciaga bag for a great price. Purchase process was easy and I received notifications at each stage of the order process. I selected Next Day delivery and ordered before 6pm, but only received the bag 2 days later. Not a huge deal, but if Next Day delivery was not possible if an order was placed just before 6pm, Cruise should amend this time to manage expectations. Also, the description of the bag was off - the description said the bag was by Gucci and in a small size. In reality, the bag was by Balenciaga in the mini size. However, I was aware of the discrepancy before purchase so I knew what I was getting into. I had the bag authenticated after I received it and it was confirmed real so that's an extra layer of comfort considering the discrepancies. I would advise to look closely at whatever items you choose to purchase from Cruise to ensure you're getting what you paid for. But overall, my buying experience was positive and I'm happy with the great deal I got for this bag. Thank you!
