“Very disappointed with customer service been a customer for many years both online and in store only to place an order and very next day before my goods had been dispatched items further reduced contacted customer service to ask if they would honour price ( all other companies will if you shop with them a lot) BUT cruise would not so disappointing from a company I have spent a lot of money with”

“Item arrived as described however was for a birthday present thus ordered on Tuesday at 07:44 and paid for next day deliver. Didn’t get confirmation til Wednesday after 4. Then emailed customer service who didn’t respond til following day though they did refund next day delivery charge. Item finally arrived in Friday.”
