“I ordered £200 worth of clothes. And paid £10 for next day delivery. The clothes never arrived then and i had to go into Edinburgh and purchase different clothes instead i have received no compensation or a refund for this.”

“Didn’t receive the correct style of jacket I ordered. The item I bought was blue, the one delivered was red. Took 4 days for a response back regarding the item. Found out the item I originally had ordered had them run out of stock. A refund wouldn’t be processed until the item was collected back from store. 2 weeks later, I still don’t have a refund.”

“I ordered my item on 29th September and did not arrive until 10th October, the first time I had an acknowledgement from Cruise was 9th October. When my item arrived it was dirty, there were black marks on the front and left shoulder! This top was for my son for a special occasion which he could not wear. I have since returned the item and want a full refund. Very disappointed with the whole service and won’t be using you again!”

“I needed to exchange an item for a bigger size and wanted to change the colour but would have had to wait for a refund and then reorder as stores can't deal with online orders, so now a birthday present will be late which is an inconvenience, other than that delivery was fast and on time.”
