“When I received my merchandise there was a security tag attached also wrong size asked to change size but was told I couldn’t have them for the same price as it was a mistake on there behalf absolute joke cruise not for me”

“The fact you can’t return and item to store and exchange for an alternative size. “You have to send the item back via post at your own expense, wait for a refund and then purchase the right size” - Cruise Aberdeen. Worst store I’ve possibly ever dealt with........”

“After 5 days waiting, still didn’t receive my order by the second day delivery service. Finally, e-mail me said my order been cancelled and will give me a refund. But I still find the same item as I ordered on the website. Not sure you guys just no bother to sell anything at all or what. Very nonsense!”
